SPECIFICATIONS

1. Photograph submitted may be taken by Camera or Mobile phone. The photographer must be the author of the photographs submitted in their name.
2. Click a unique shot. We are looking for photographs that tell a tale and EVOKE-ENGAGE & INSPIRE the viewer to know those places.
3. One participant may submit a maximum of THREE photographs in each category. Photograph(s) may be Coloured or Black and White.
4. Each submitted photograph must be:
   • Not less than 5 MB in Size or 3000 Pixels on the longer side
   • In JPEG format with high-quality compression

   Participants that proceed to the final stages of the contest will be asked to provide original file(s) as recorded by the camera. Failure to provide these file(s) upon request by the jury shall lead to the disqualification of the entry.

5. Every photograph must be accompanied separately with:
   • Name of the CATEGORY
   • Name of Place/Object/Monument depicted
   • Name of its City and State
   • Any detail (optional) about the subject (50 words max)
   • Name and mobile number of the Photographer

   (Based on the subject, the Jury reserves the right to judge a photograph in a category different than that submitted by the participant)

6. Name of the photographer or any other information / text must not be visible as a watermark on the photograph itself. (These details can be included in the metadata of the photograph).
7. Do not submit photographs taken at officially restricted places or those infringing upon copyright, intellectual rights, trademarks, moral rights, or rights of privacy of any entity, person, group or wildlife.
8. All photographs must comply with ethical rules on editing and manipulation. The photograph must not be altered by adding, removing, cloning, rearranging or distorting people and/or objects from within the frame. Cropping is allowed. Burning, dodging and Colour correction is permissible as long as they do not alter/remove any element/selective colour from the photograph.
9. AI generated images must NOT be submitted to the contest. Post-production done with artificially generative fill is NOT allowed.
10. Only single frame photographs will be accepted. Multiple exposures, Stitched panoramas, either produced in-camera or with image editing software are not accepted.

13. Copyright of the winning photographs shall stay with the photographer while the organizers shall have the right to use it for promotional and educational purposes on various print and digital media platforms.
14. Decision of the Jury shall be final.
